Who we are
ApexPull operates a B2B SaaS for market intelligence and prospecting. Contact us via in-app Feedback for privacy requests during the pilot.
Data we process
- Account — email, password hash (or Google subject), session tokens, plan and Stripe customer/subscription ids, usage counters.
- Workspace — saved places, search filters, notes, outcomes, campaign settings, suppressions, feedback.
- Listing index — business listings from open datasets and public web facts you trigger (audits). We do not collect personal employee emails as a product goal.
- Technical — standard server logs, rate-limit keys, and payment events from Stripe webhooks.
Purposes
Provide the service, bill subscriptions, send transactional mail (verification, password reset, welcome, digests), run opt-in campaigns you configure, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
Processors
- Stripe — payments and customer portal.
- SendGrid — transactional and (if enabled) campaign email.
- Hosting / object storage / databases under our control (e.g. Postgres, ClickHouse, R2).
Retention
Account data until deletion request or account closure. Sessions expire by TTL. Audit facts are versioned; screenshots may be replaced on refresh. Backups follow operational retention windows.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, export or deletion of account data. Use Feedback or the published contact. Listing data from open sources is not “your” personal data; we can suppress domains from crawl/campaign where appropriate.
Cookies
We use an httpOnly session cookie for sign-in. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on marketing pages in the pilot build.
