Terms of use
Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Pilot / early access
1. The service
ApexPull (“we”, “us”) provides market-intelligence and prospecting tools for professionals who build websites for local businesses. Features include market cells, place search, website audits, outreach drafts you review before sending, optional opt-in email campaigns, and billing via Stripe.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass access controls, or violate these terms or the Rules of use.
3. Acceptable use
You may use ApexPull for lawful B2B prospecting and market research. You must comply with local marketing, spam and data-protection laws (including LSSI / GDPR / CAN-SPAM where applicable) when contacting businesses. Automated dialing, scraping behind logins, collecting personal employee data, and CAPTCHA or paywall bypass are prohibited — see Rules of use.
4. Data and accuracy
Listings come from open datasets and public web sources with provenance. Coverage and accuracy vary by country and source mode (Accurate / Raw / Mixed). We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct. You remain responsible for verifying contacts before outreach.
5. AI outreach artifacts
Call scripts, email drafts and audit reports are generated for your review. You must edit and send them yourself unless you explicitly enable opt-in campaigns. We are not responsible for statements you send to third parties.
6. Email campaigns
Campaign sending is off by default. If you enable it, you must honour suppressions, unsubscribe requests and applicable consent rules. We may pause sending on high bounce or complaint rates.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew via Stripe until you cancel through the customer portal (Account → Manage billing) or equivalent Stripe flow. Fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Soft limits on Free may change with notice.
8. Intellectual property
The product UI, software and branding remain ours. Open-data attributions required by source licenses must be preserved where we display them. Your notes, saved lists and campaign content remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process them to provide the service.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for lost profits, missed deals or reliance on listing data. Our aggregate liability for paid users is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by date on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
